1. 'Jalsa' is a romantic entertainer where Pawan Kalyan is playing as Sanjay while the heartthrob of Telugu audiences Ileana is playing Bhagyamati.
2. For the first time, Pawan Kalyan is pairing up with three heroines in a single movie. Parvati Melton and Kamalini Mukherjee are also featuring as female leads in 'Jalsa'.
3. 'Jalsa' is one of the heavy budget movies in Pawan Kalyan's film career. As per the information available, the climax itself would be shot for 20 days and art director Anand Sai had erected some costly sets including a house set for the movie at huge expense.
4. The unit of 'Jalsa' would soon leave for Bangkok to shoot a few songs abroad.

8. It is well aware that the shooting of 'Jalsa' was delayed due to unexpected turn of events. As a result the unit faced problems with regard to the adjustment of dates by other important artistes. 9. Popular anchor 'Colours' Swathi, who turned a film artiste recently, is testing her hand in dubbing the voice. She is lending her voice to Ileana for 'Jalsa'.
